I have this sign on the corner of my property also known by skaters as "Chicken Hill". Love my neighbor's sense of humor especially since this Quiet Zone program has been a somewhat controversial issue for us. During a trial period from April 1 to Sept. 6, parking is
restricted on streets neighboring a restaurant to residents only from 9
p.m. to 5 a.m. The restrictions are intended to abate late-night noise
from lounge patrons returning to their vehicles parked in residential
areas near the restaurant. Two curbside signs per block post the
restrictions. Vehicles during those hours must
display residents-only shopper parking permits or city-issued hang-tag
guest passes.

Ha! I love the "No Clucking" sign! It's so funny! How are the little chicks? They looks so cute!
